About Spare parts and poor service from TATA

Dear Sir,

My vehicle got accident 20 days back and i have given the vehicle for repair and 2 days back i have visited the service work shop of Marudhar Motors Jodhpur but the sale executive told that the parts are ordered around 18 days back and we are expecting spare parts with in a month and if it comes we will repair and will deliver the vehicle till that please dont trouble us as whenever the vehicle get ready we will call u.

Now my question is if Tata Motors cannot serve the customer why they have collabrated with FIAT? If they cannot provide the parts why they are selling the vehicle? we have invested 10 lakhs on vehicle and if this kind of service they are going to provide us is this is a justice?

please help me in my vehicle get ready or please those people to refund me my invested money back.
