Fiat Palio HR 12K 0300
Poor service

My Fiat Palio HR 12K 0300 is lying with ABS workshop, Gurgaon from 11th Jan for some repairs.

Its almost 4 and 1/2 month, ABS Motors is not delivering me my car.

Whenever I contact them, they simply excused for next day...

I have complained about this to Fiat Toll Free no (Customer Care) more than 4 times, but zero response from their side also.

Now is there any other way, so that I can get my car back, coz in workshop, they are also replacing my car's original parts with some other cars.
