Horrible back shocks

I have a fiat punto active diesel car and the rear shocks are very hard, the car jumps hard whenever there is a hump or a small pothole even if i drive through it slowly. the dealer says that it is a standard feature of punto.

i think the shocks of a goods auto performs better than that.
