POOR SERVICE

I have purchased the Fiat Punto car from Jaika Motors Nagpur on Nov-11.I have purchased it with great sense & choice but now i thought, it was my mistake. My car pulling LHS from the first day of purchase.i was visited to your dealer Jaika motors 4-times for the same complaint but poblem is still not resolved. I had already sent the mail for that to support@fiapl.com but nobody care for that. Kindly confirm me is it the known problem.

Secondly my car has the problem of too much poor pick up, when i compaire it with other brand 1000cc vehicle, it seems to be shame on me that i choose 1.2 pet. Please look into the matter.
