Hello,

I have purchased Scorpio slx turbo 2006 model from first choice gurgaon (Auto Czars).

But I am very sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the services provided by first choice.

First choice claims for 118 tests in their web site but it is not TRUE.

It was told to me that everything is true about the vehicle that is displayed in advertisement (website)

As I am new to SUV’s I believe on them. But Now I find following Problems in the vehicle

1> No ABS (as mentioned in website)

2> Electrical wiring is not fine even in place of fuse some wire is used.

3> Driver side power window is not working properly.

4> Central locking system some time works and sometimes not (even I have changed the battery too).

5> Two relay is missing in the fuse box.

6> Pipes from water pump to water dispensers are missing (for both rear and front) Wiper pump is not working (even not in condition to work they are damaged/corrugated)

7> No tool kit found.

8> Vehicle is making sound in stepping areas.(some cross plates need to be changed told by my mechanic)

9> In transfer papers (RC) My temporary and permanent is written same even I have given my passport copy for permanent address proof. Even RC is transferred to me on 19th of august and I receive a message on around 27 or 28th of august So now I am not able to transfer insurance on my name As the vehicle is insured from Mujafarnagar.

Please look into the matter and do the needful if possible…
