First Flight
Package deliver not done after two atempts

Hi,

I have been waiting for my courier through First Flight (CC6783121). I never received the same and the reason given on the First Flight website is that "Address Insufficient". Matter of fact is

1) First flight courier agency in hyderabad never called me to confirm the address in case they have difficulty in finding it.

2) First flight contact no: 91 40 3944 4444 in hyderabad is never answered when I tried calling.

3) The same courier has been sent to me couple of weeks back, but same story.

4) I receive all the other posts, couriers in the same address.

Can anyone help put some light on careless courier agency and the agony and pain that customer has to take due to their negligence.
