First flight courier
Consignemnt not delivered

I had sent the courier on 17th August to Brighton, United Kingdom from pune.

Consignment No. - FM0048052.

Promised delivery date was 19th August.

The Consignment is yet not delivered. Also I am not able check its status online.

I am trying to call the on their office numbers but all numbers are constantly busy from Friday.

I am sending e-mails to them from 20th August nobody is responding to my e-mails.

It is really unprofessional attitude of the company.

Can I let me knw where my parcel is?
