Virender of first flight courier service where i kept tracking till dated 06th dec provided the despacth number D01211261 from new delhi to tinsukia. Where on 04th of dec when i called up they said me that it's not their part of job to assure customer about their product & disconnected the call & being abbusive to me. Request you to please look after the matter so that special care should be taken still now my family members has not received the same ..
