I HAVE BOOKED MY PERSONNEL CARGO (12 PACKAGES) THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COLLECTION CENTER IN NAGERCOIL AS ON DATE 03/06 TO SURAT.

AND AFTER BOOKING THEY ALLOTTED cARGO REF NO : 94300039451 . But till date that consignment has not deliver to Surat,

Last ten days am repeatedly make a call to Both Nagercoil and Surat OFFICE, But they are unable give proper response.

You are requested to kindly do the needful and take proper action against them for Smooth delivery of cargo.
