I have been informed by the NSDL that my pan card has been dispatched through your courier vide airway bill no. ZB0442195 dt. 02/07. But till date the letter has not been received by me. On query to the NSDL, they said it has not been returned to them also. So I request you to look into the matter and make necessary arrangement for early settlement of the issue.
