I have purchased Jazz X from Push Honda dealer at Kanpur. Detail address and the name of representative as given below.

Tailgate spoiler and Front grille were not fixed at the time of purchase which the dealer representative Mr. Pawandeep had assured me that they will be fixed during my first service.

I have informed the first service 10days before but still the fittings were not available during the first service.

It was again assured that they will get these fixed in a weeks time. Now after 10 days of first service I'm told that it will take another 15 days.

This I feel this is not a professional marketing strategy where in you give the customer a commitement and get your product sold and after the sales you leave him with no option but to keep on following up and get new commitements.
