Delay in delivery of ca

I had booked a ford figo 1.4 LXI diesel car (squeese color) on 23/2 by paying the full price at PVS automotive co.(P) ltd. Malappuram, Kerala. Till date the company has not turned up to deliver the car. With flimsy grounds they are dragging my case of delivery of the car though I have paid the entire amount in advance. At the time of booking they advised to remit the full price in advance to get priority for delivery. But nothing happened. It is a kind of cheating. kindly intervene in this case and arrange delivery of the car immediately. A line of reply is expected.
