Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased above model Ford Fusion vehicle from your Guwahati Dealer M/s- TI Motors Pvt Ltd. Bhuyan Mansion, GNB Road, Silpukhuri, Guwahati in the month of Febuary 2008. But we could not use the vehicle comfortably since it purchased. We are getting problems in the vehicle everytime and the dealer repair it and we find same trouble within a few days.

we have repaired the Air Condition two times before. Again on 25th June we have repaired Air Condition (Ref: Invoice No. CRIAB0174900, DT. 25/06) paying the sum of Rs. 7818.00 but could not drive the vehicle 50kms, it has started problems and the Air Condition is not working fully.

Sorry, but regret the purchasing of the Ford Vehicle.

Please, arrange to repair the same immediately.
