Failure to deliver services

This complaint refers registration of my car at Raigad RTO, done by M/s Fortpoint Auto.

I've purchased and received delivery of ALTO K10 on august 30th. Afterwards, i've been in regular talks with mr. Tushar kadam- sales person, for registration certificate, who always failed to give return feedback. Now it's almost 90 days to receive the delivery of the car, and what I understand, it is an offence to drive with incomplete papers.

Since these dealers charge us for these additional services rendered, that too without any receipts, for getting vehicle registered, it's their duty to have follow up with respective authorities to get the paperwork completed within stipulated time.
