It is not a joke or play thing to address this note. Always Remember Consumer! It is he who invests money, incurr expenditure, incurr damages when somethings goes wrong and the Consumer is the most affected party when it comes to servicing his scooter. It is no pleasure leaving all his works coming to workshop, waiting for his problems in respectof his scooters to be registered/booked. After getting to know from the Supervisors / concerned personnel who handle Customer CARE about the problems of the Scooter, the Consumer gives his consent / O.K. to carry out the requisite repair/replacement/Service of the Scooter. After this is done, he take delivery but within a couple of days the Consumer is back at the Service Centre. REASONS: Certain work was carried out in a haphazard manner and again requires rectification / attending to the work. DO'NT YOU FEEL ITS A PRECIOUS VASTE OF TIME FOR THE MANPOWER AT THE WORKSHOP AS WELL AS THE CONSUMER WHO COMES DASHING TO THE SERVICE CENTRE INSPITE OF HIS WORK. Well this can be avoided if care is taken under efficient supervision so that the maintenance service / replacement service / are is carried out smoothly without any margin for error and negligient related problems are addressed on priority. Also it is noticed that the Security Man is entrusted with not only allotting the token but also stacking the Scooters like pack of cards. It is very pertinent here to mention that recently I got the side panels (both) of DIO got replaced after waiting for more than SIX months. When finally I got the body replaced, it is very worrying when the scooter is brought to Service Centre for minor problems. It is the Security Man / or the other staff recklessly Stacking the Scooters without giving sufficient gap between them. For instance an ACTIVA with Metal body is bumped into DIO FIBRE body it is the DIO which is going to absorbe maximum damages cracks. to its body. ONLY A CONSUMER IS CONCERNED WITH THE SAFETY AVOIDING DAMAGES TO HIS SCOOTERS AND TAKES CARE OF IT BECAUSE HE HAS INVESTED MONEY AND IS SPENDING MONEY FOR ITS MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE. I HOPE AND APPRECIATE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE SERVICE CENTRE OF THIS FEED BACK. WITH BEST WISHES.
