I would like to bring in your kind notice that, I have bought your Vehicle Model: Fortuner, Registration No.: UP32DF1003 in 2010 Further, the vehicle is goes for routine service at your authorized workshop M/s Sunny Toyota, Lucknow so many times but the Break problem still not rectifies, when we apply the break while running on 100Km/Hr speed the break not works properly. The problem also observed by your service staff but they also not given any satisfied answer, each and every time the matter shifted to next service and your service partner every time telling us: we are doing R&D and as soon as we get rid out it, will confirm the same to you accordingly. I am really shocked and surprised to face this type of service back up from company like Toyota Kirlosker, you are requested to kindly

Look into the matter personally and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
