Non-Delivery of Gas Cylinde

I would bring to your kind notice about unprofessional behaviour of Indane Gas distributor Freedom Gas Services. My cust. no. is 4448356 (Suresh Chandra). Whenever we called to book refill cylinder on their number 2687296/8309652/8309653, they always comes either power off or nobody picks them. We have to spent almost 2-3 days to book our refill. In case we got luck to book, they promise to deliver within a weeks time but delivers in around 20-25 days which suffers a lot to us.

Recently we tried continously 3 days but could not reach them to book cylinder. lastly we went to their office at loni and they informed that they have introduced a new system to book cylinder through SMS, which is useless as we don't have any booking number and confirmation whether they have booked. Anyway as desired we booked on 16th March but today is 31st March and we have not yet received refill cylinder. The worth condition is that inspite of having gas connection we have been using cerosine stove to fullfil our day-to-day needs. May i pls. request to take an urgent action to streamline cylinder delivery.
