The above vehicle was bought around 3 years back and the kilometers drove around 16000, then shown sound in DRY SHAFT END OF FRONT BOTH SIDE, which was brought to the notice of dealer (Marikar) in Ernakulam. In this regard, I P. Syed Alavi had been in touch with your dealer several times and got answers that “MY CASE IS BEING REFERRED TO THE HEAD OFFICE TO GET THE VEHICLE REPAIRED”. Every time on contacting dealer the same answer is received, it feels like matter is being recorded and passing to me on calling. It took say 4 months referring my case but no any response from the dealer, during these the vehicle had ran up to 26000 kilometers. Later on it was informed that the company would not take responsibility to repair the said complaint free of cost.
My question is “how the dealer could say like this”, since skoda is well reputed company and for the high valued cars like this being on complaint is to be attended in a way it deserves. Our family had bought total 4 skoda cars at the same time, so you can realize the value of your customer. The way your dealer behaves, it is totally very bad. I am confident that the vehicle while given for service, the parts were replaced in your showroom itself, otherwise such complaints won’t come.
I forward this message to you for favourable action from your part to get the vehicle repaired at free of cost. This complaint can’t be treated as default from our side. This is 100% mistake of the dealer only for not monitoring the vehicle properly on rendering service.
You should sort out the issue amicably otherwise I have to approach the doors of Kerala Consumer Form legally to get the issue sorted. A company like SKODA can’t do this to me, as the case is totally genuine and transparent.
Therefore I expect your reply within 10 days to get the issue sorted.
