Fraud Company / Having some illegal connection

I had taken a tata ace from Khanna Motors and finance co. owner Mr. Hunny Khanna, he said that i am owner of this company, but actually mr. kishan khanna is owner of this company, about my complaint when i told him to do registration process of my tata ace he told me to do yourself. when i agrre to do registration process myself he cannot refund my registration amount that i given to him. and also said that if you ask me for same i will do beat you seriously, and i also watch that there are some illegal work done in khanna motors and finance co. like, cricket match fixing, they are really very fraud person (Honey Khanna & Kishan Khanna) actually they are serious criminal who are roaming in open air.
