Delay in delivery

Hi I am Prakash Dangwal, I Have Booked a Honda activa on 12/26 For My Sister (vehicle booked on the name Sandhya Dangwal) at frotune motors and paid rs1000, waiting time was 4 months .after 4 months when i get back to the show room .they have a fairy tale to tell that they are running out of stock the vehicle is in demand and they will take one more month.

After 4 months of waiting and they committed me the time frame which was so long and on top of that they are still not able to commit the date they can deliver the vehicle. Its so frustating that after waiting for 4 months, they never called up for delay in service .instead i had to call them and every time i called them i was treated as i owe them money.

Frotune motors management dont have the minimum courtesy to treat their customer. No issue is taken seriously, i dint find the manager when i logged in to file a complaint.all they are good at is telling people please sir will call u for payment.
