Maruti Sagar Automobiles/Swift VDI with ABS
Did not even block my car but started taken EMI

I had paid an advance of 40000 wide receipt no: REC 09001653 on 5th June. The Swift VDI was booked on 5th June and the car was supposed to be delivered by Sagar Automobiles on Aug 5th. But as of date 7th August they have no clue about the car and now saying that there is a problem between Maruti and MRF and that is why the car is delayed. I then had no choice but agreed for the car to be delivered on September begining. The car has not been blocked and the bank has already started taking installment for the car that has not even been blocked. Is there a way to take it up with the Maruti Management? Can someone guide me.
