Lost of extra wheel from hyundai workshop

I have given my Santro car (HR51-2063) for change of fender and repairing on 17.June.2010 against claim from Future Generali Insurance. Yesterday i.e. on 21.June.2010 I got my car from workshop and found my unused spare wheel missing in morning, and same I have reported to Ashok (Service advisor) immediately. I have not checked it yesterday due to faith on your authorized officers and as no repair was needed at the back of car. After going to workshop they are not answering me properly and saying that they are not responsible for the same.

I am sorry to say but this kind of service is not expected from company like HYUNDAI.
