Poor Response From Deale

Dear Sir,

I bought a yamaha FZ byke from Himgiri Yamaha, Krishna Nagar (East Delhi) on 02.02.2011. I didnot receive the RC of this byke yet. initially they told me that RC will come with in 15 days, i went to showroom after 15 days, then they told me it will take another 15 days. i again went to showroom, they told me that your RC will come with in 2 month period . i again went to showroom. but they didnot give me proper response.

the concern is that, they did not pick the phone which they have given me, and the phone numbers which are provided online.

Now, i am planning to go to consumer court, because of this harassment. i cannot go to their showroom again and again.

My overall experience is very bad with Himgiri Yamaha.

Please help me to short out my problem. because without proper paper, traffic police ask unnecessary questions regarding papers of byke.
