Dear sir,

I am Nitesh P. Kamble, Hinganghat on dated 30/11 had deal with Mr. Gajanan Mahatale, Sant Gyaneshwar ward, Hinganghat of two vehicals. He is car dealer out of which for Mahindra scorpio MH29/G742, I give him 2, 75, 000. He told me that he took all responsibility that vehical is in good condition and in warranty period of engine. Then on dated 23/12 I give him DD of Rs1, 78, 000 for Travera. Compleate price of travera was 2, 50, 000 was decided remaining I have to pay him with in 20 days, but in between this Mahindra Scorpio was make trouble and he told me, he cant take any responsibility. I told him give my money back of Rs 1, 78, 000, I don't want to purchase another vehical from him, but he can't give my money and vehical to me. Harash me with the help of his friends.
