Dear Sir,

Galaxy Motors (Mobile No.: 9956107374), Lucknow sold us the services of car. The car is in the name of my brother Mr. Pankaj Rajput. Car Mkae is WagenR and No. is UP32AZ8595. They sold the services through Mr. Shiv Prakash Pal on dated 01.11.2009.

Now everytime when I am going to them they claim that their machines are not working as they have to do this now free of cost because they had charged once from me to give services.

I am having the coupons and brouchers from them.

Kindly take the necessary step against them.
