Very poor servicing & customer care

I have purchased on Hero Honda Pleasure from Galaxy Motors, Tifra, Bilaspur. Last time when I gave my bike to them for servicing & some rectification, they replaced so many parts on chargeable basis and assured that the bike is OK now. But when I took it home, I noticed that the problems were as it was. The next day again when I took it to them, I came to know that they have also charged me 200/- more than the billed amount. The did not give me bill that day stating that the system was not working.
