Making me fool

I want to buy a toyota Innova. I paid the amount of 50000 rupees as booking amount to Galaxy Toyota on 17 march. They assured me to deliver the car on monday i.e 22 march. I live in Moradabad and i have to travel for about 160 kms to Delhi to buy the car. Everything was finalised and i was about to take the money with me to delhi tomorrow and now they are saying that the care has already been sold to someone else. They are making me fool and wasting my time. I am in need of a car and i did not buy any other car. They also say that price of registration and the vehile are being increased in some days. please suggest as to what should i do now. I would request to please take a action against the dealer and arrange me a car of my desired colour and model of what they assured me.
