Pay extra charges by me due towrong information given by company

On 12th February i have book my bike from hyderabad to nizamuddin through one of the authorised cargo agent of indian railway. he gave me the no of other agent in nizamuddin. i called him after three days of booking on 15th feb but he says i dnt get your bike till nw then i called hyderabad agent he said wait one or two days more then i call again to nizamuddin agent but till that bike is not yet delivered to me finally after 7 days of booking hyderabad agent giv me another agent no in nizamuddin and says that your bike is delivered to him. when i contect him for my bike he charge me extra 550 rs for deliver my bike but u already give 1800 rs to Hyderabad agent and he says that this is only charge no need to giv anymore but still nizamuddin agent charged extra 550 rs and also i had so many problems to get my bike so i would like to request you to please take some action on this
