Ganesh cars (Maruti Service)
Cheated in Car service

I had given my Maruti zen 2001 model for servicing at ganesh cars pvt ltd.. They are just horrible to the core, I should be using something worse than the word "horrible." How can a reputed company like maruti give frachisee to such idiotic people.. I gave my vehicle for servicing in July.. First they said, there is some oil leakage and that has to be changed.. I said ok.. I call them to find out how my car work is going after 5 days.. They say there is some body alignment problem, so they have to send it to vellore from kanchipurrm and they gave a list of problems in my car and told me that the cost would come to around 25k.. I said ok.. You won't believe me they made me wait for my car for 2 months and not a single idiot in vellore had the courtesy to call up and give me an update about my car.. I had to call them almost everyday just to be told that work is going on and that i will get my car very soon.. Then finally that inauspicious night of my car delivery arrived and to my horror I found so many things missing in it.. Since it was delivered to me in the night, I blindly handed over 26k for the service charges.. The next day when I say so many parts missing and 1 inch of dust inside my car, I called up one moron at ganesh cars, vellore.. His name is Mr. Tirupati.. I dont know which idiot has appointed him as a manager there.. He is the most arrogant and the biggest moron on this earth and irresponsible person I have ever encountered.. He doesnt even know the basic manners of communicating with the customers.. Till date, there is one or the other problem in my car and even as of today, I had to shell out 8k apart from the 26k that I have already paid.. They say they have changed some 26 parts in my car and

till date not a single part has been given to me.. I never expected such horrible service from a reputed company like maruti.. I do own hyundai and you people are no where near them.. Never in my wildest dreams

will I ever recommend maruti products or service..
