Dear Sir,

My car Indigo Manza bearing registration No. AS01AM1414 met with a minor accident when the front right wheel suddenly slipped into a hole on 17/07. I repaired the vehicle completely after that through vehicle insurance along with my own expense. My car was running smoothly after that. But after running for about another 1500km, the shock absorber started creating minor noise while taking sharp turn. I went to Gargo Motors Ltd. Duliajan Branch on 05/10 and they replaced the shock absorber. The car is running smoothly now but the dealer personal refused to give the shock absorber part under warranty and I had to pay the entire amount even tough the car is nine month old and is still under warranty period along with another 1 year extended warranty period.

I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter soon.
