Hi

I have taken my car for a free service camp conducted by Garuda Autocraft last saturday.

I gave the vehicle for service at 11 am. since it is a brand new car there was no service

required and I was told that your car will be ready within one hour. But I had to wait almost five

hours to get my car washed and i got it at 4p.m. I took the vehicle to service centre because

the Customer Service personnel asked me to get the vehicle for a free check-up. since it is a

Free Check-up nobody is bothered about the time and i had to go and ask them every one

hour about my car. Even the Service Manager was aware of the delay in the service and he

didn't even show the courtesy to explain me the reason for the delay. I had to spend the whole

day at the service centre just to get my car washed.
