Non Payment of Loyalty Bonus

I booked a Hyundai Verna Transform VTVT from Garve Motors, Pune on 11-Aug. The car was delivered to me on 13-Sep with registration number MH-12-GF-5032 on full payment. On the date, I was already owner of another Hyundai car – Santro with registration number MH-12-AN-3840. As per Hyundai policy, I am eligible for loyalty bonus of Rs 15000. I have submitted the registration copy of my existing Hyundai car to Garve Motors twice as proof of ownership of Hyundai car. However, till date (after 10 months of purchasing a new car) I have not received the loyalty bonus from Garve Motors Pvt Ltd. The only answer that I receive from their representative is that they are processing these payments not just for me, but for more than 400 other customers. With 24%pa interest rate, I should receive Rs 18000 as loyalty bonus interest from Garve Motors Pvt Ltd. Kindly ensure that the amount is processed not just for me, but for other customers of Garve Motors Pvt Ltd as well.
