REISSUING CHARGES

I am a Frequent flyer of Jet Airways having Blue card vide membership card no. 125539046 and reached upto Golden card. I had booked ticket for 17.11.10 morning Jet Airways from Mumbai to Aurangabad. I had reached the airport at 6.10 AM, but the counter was closed and requested to Ticket counter at Mumbai, but they were denied and I had to cancel ticket 5891671060928 (issued on 10.11.10 from Aurangabad) and booked for evening Jet flight 9W2511 and paid Rs.6100/-. Later on I came to know the flight was not filled and one of my colleagues was in the same flight. Due to this incident I cound not come and missed one important job at Aurangabad.

I feel this is bad experience, even though I was reached in time, I had to pay uncessary Rs.6100/- I am requesting you for refund of the same amount considering my long term association with you.
