No stock, not delivery of gas in time when needed

Sir. i am the customer of chandra gas agency. there they are told me to book after 20 days of delivery of the previous gas. so i did like what they said to me. they told me that gas will in another 10 days. but i didn't get the gas on time. i got the gas only after 25 days.when i asked them they told that there is no stock. we suffered a lot because gas got over before we receive another gas. yesterday i booked for this month. Again they told me that i will get the gas only at the end of this month. so i hereby request you to consider this problem and take necessary action.
