Dear Sir,

i am using your airtell connection since last 4 months the number of 9777209567. i have deactivated the VAS pack in january by your customercare. and also i have received the message. but i have loss my 50-80 rupees in all coming month. i have call to customer care every day to solve my problem but they did't take any action any time their answer is "our computer is slow now so call us later. then what i should do . really i am so worry with your airtell connection.

kindly refund my all loss money neither i should perforsly disconnect the airtel and my faith will be loss on you.
