the employees are not attending telephone booking calls, they simply put aside the telephones, [ remove the receiver and keep aside so that it will come continuously busy... we from village have to hire a auto for rs.50 and reach the LPG INDANE gas STATION FOR booking it. a couple of months back there was delay in delivery too. very poor service and rude employee insult the customers
