Sir,

This is Anant Chaturvedi your customer in Mathura (U.P) from last six months we are facing the problem in your distributers service after booking a cylinder on 21st day we are getting cylinder after 15 to 20 days of it due to which we are uncomfartable with this they also responses to the call due to which everytime we need to go to the office for every problem there behaviour is also not good & due to this uselessness many customers have to take the cylinder in black, as per being a good citizen this is my first responsibility to inform you, after informing you if than also problem continues than there are other ways to deal with it.
