Vary bad deliveries of gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

I am resident of H.No EWS B-472, Awas vikas, Rudrapur from last one year & i have connection in Rudrapur Gas Agency, Opposite Fire Station, Kashipur bypass Road, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand). with customer code 20919.In last one year i have not received even a single cylinder through home delivery. Every time i have to take leave from Office & stand infront of Gas agency & wait for Cylinder viechle & even after viechle come they are not giving cylinder to customers & as per their comment they will deliver the cylinder on your house no need to wait & stand here. Every time i have to face this type of problem & even i have taken cyliners in Black due to non-avilibility of Gas for making food. Now also i have booked cylinder on dated 17th April'10 (Cash memo no is 8815 & Order no is 8853) but till date i have not received gas & every timer i can't take leave from Office for gas arrangement. Please do needful & arrange for home delivery on imediate basis.
