Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that our gas regulator is not functioning well. After switching off the cylinder gas continue in burner for 10-15 minutes.

We reported about this to our supplier but he ignored by saying that it is due to gas mixing in cylinder that's why it flames after cutting its supply.

How can a responsible person say like this?

If, any mishappening will occur then your whole department will be responsible..

You must check all these things seriously.
