No response from emergency numbers

I got refilled cylinder after 12 days of booking. But theere is some issue and so facing gas leakage whenever turning on regulator. For this I immediately requested delear and they promised to send the service person.after repeated reminders still the service person has not visited my place. It is more than 2 days now.

I checked the emergency numbers (9884803724/9962061111) for Bharat gas concerned with gas leakage. There are 2 numbers provided in website for this purpose. One number- no one is responding though phone is ringing. For other one always gettting switched off message.

Whom I should check for this issue. Please guide.
