Dear sir,

I booked a my cylender on 23.02.2011 but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer till 07/3 then we go to agency they not responce us and we book cylender again on same day but still we not recd any delivery of cylender. i booked my cylender at shalini gas agency, noorwala, panipat (hr) ph. 0180-2646743 distributor of indian oil corporation ltd., . my consumer no. is 8245. at booking also he also take 21days and not given cylender on time. when we call the agency no. no body pick the phone. so please take action on it either i will go to consumerfourm.
