Delay in home gas delivery

Sir,

I am Ravindra Prakash Sharma residing at OM NAGAR NAGLA BHURI AGRA 282005. My consumer no. is D11772. I booked my gas on 03/10. I have not got my gas till now. They are not picking up my phones and whenever they pick they do not give any satisfactory answers. Pls look into the matter and take necessary action and kindly let me know about the action taken.
