Courier guys won't come home to take the bike

I just contacted the Gati Alwaye Branch at the number: 0484 - 2805948.

I was told about the charges but that I would have to drop my stuff off at the location. I requested for a door service and Packing too, I had to remind the personnel that packing is done with an extra charge, since I'd been offered the same at Gati-Maharashtra. And the guy requested me to call the Manager at number: 9388608681.

I called the number and told him that I needed to send my bike to another state and I overheard the other guy telling this manager that he had requested me to call the manager and the manager disconnected the phone. He does not pick the call since. Now what should a customer do at this point?
