IRCON (Indian Railways) breeds CROOKS...

Last year IRCON was awarded the Malaysian Project - Seremban to Gemas Double Track valued USD1Billion.

Since then, background politics and corrupt practices had been going on. Tender delays and favourtism had been practised.

The Communications Package was called some time this year..and till today no one was awarded. However some officials in IRCON Malaysia office, namely a person by the name of Velan (Velu) is collobroting with a local Communication Company ..and making sure this company is awared. Word has it, Velan had received monetary gains ever since he was posted in Malaysia. He is supported by two other officials one by the name of Bala and Sharma.

All this officials are also working hand in hand with a high ranking Malaysian Official at the MInistry of Transport Malaysia... and somehow playing their games at the background to get their favoured companies awarded these jobs, both in Communication and Signalling Package.

Industry sources in Malaysia are aware of this news and games.

It a shame a reputable company like IRCON has this kind of employees on their payroll, who has desires for monetary then service to the country.
