Non compliance with commitment

I have booked the order from Gati Movers & packers of moving household goods from Pune Magarpatta to Kalyan. Initially guy told me he will do it in 7500 Rs, packing, Unpacking, Loading and unloading including assembling and dismantling. But slowly he started adding his charges of service tax 10.30%, then Insurance, minimum 50, 000, I negotiated it to 25000, labors asked additional money around 250 RS, then he called me from Octroi for which he charged another 400 RS, no receipt has been provided for the same.

On the delivery they just put the things and said we will not unpack anything, when I asked about commitment, they were saying ‘Ghar Sajakey dega kyan aapko’, and demanded remain amount and they were yelling and almost try to beat me if I wouldn’t have paid the money. Very disgusting service I ever had. The person who was committed were not picking up my phone, not taking any responsibility.
