Facing problem of booking domestic gas, we booked the gas on 21/12, we would have recieved the gas after 12 days as their promise to us. However, when we went to enquire, they said it will take 2-3 days more. The problem is that this is becoming repetitive, they don't keep their word & we need to go 3-4 times to get 1 delivery of Gas cylinder.

This is a daily pain now. We want some strict & just action to be taken, as we need this gas in our daily chores.

We expect a right time delivery as & when booked & required.
