Late Delivery and behaviour of staff

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG user with a single cylinder vide Consumer No. L 30778 with M/s Gautam Enterprises, Dilshad Garden, C Block Market.

I am totally fed up with this agency that they are provided delivery in time and even taking booking only after 21 days. A family having single cylinder how is it possible. When booking given they have not marked in the computer and the date mentioned after 4/5 remunders and according to the last reminder they have put the last booking date mentioned in the complaint.

This agency has already blacklisted 2/3 times and even they again exercised in such a way.

Pls look into the matter and act accordingly.
