I have purchased new hondacity (automatic) 2010 aug, recently i found some of the wire harness has been cut by rat, there were no mesh provided in the bottom to seal the wire or any other protective mechanism to prevent this kind of issues. Dakshin honda bangalore, hosur road has been taken the car for servise on 7 th april till today they coudnt repare or given any kind of feedback neither given any standby vehicle too.the servise is very bad and im very much unhappy with their approch too, this time i felt i did a mistake to purchase Honda make.
