Non issue of assured free gift

I had purchased a Chevrolet Spark car from Geeyem motors, Kochi, through their Palakkad branch on 31st august and as per their offer, an assured free gift (gift not specified) was to be given to me along with the purchase of the car, but sad to say till date the same has not been delivered. It has been almost a year now and on enquiry at the above dealership, they first assured that they will deliver it and recently when contacted, they say that they are not in a position to deliver the same as their principals have not refunded them the cost of the same. I fail to understand as to why I should not receive the same on account of their internal squabbles. I feel cheated and insulted. Kindly take up the matter with Geeyem motors Kochi, kerala.
