WASTE OF TIME & MISGUIDE

I simranjit kaur using indane gas from last morethen 15 years now i am shifted chandigarh to kharar (pb) and also transfered from chd to kharar (gem gas agency) coz of marrigae.

Now my request is that at kharar people not attending the customer properly and they didnot guide as well. I working with MNC and i have no more time to visit again and again that place if your officer guide for any docs in one time so it's very good for me and moreover other village people also coz they are no much educated.

One more thing is that if agency timing is 9 to 4 then it's should be applicable for all employess but on wednesday (30/12) i visited at place agnecy was locked means they didnot bother of time.

Request youto pls take strict action for the same so that i can use your product.
